Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and identify relevant government and institutional tenders across portals like GEM, CPP, state e-portals, etc.
• Prepare tender documents including technical, commercial, and eligibility requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, documents, product catalogues, and certificates
• Submit tenders on time and manage complete documentation lifecycle
• Follow up on bid status, evaluations, and results
• Maintain a proper tracker of all submitted tenders and their outcomes
• Handle correspondence and clarifications with government departments or clients
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, specifications, and legal norms

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Familiarity with GEM, E-Tendering portals, and bidding processes
• Strong documentation, formatting, and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet research, and document drafting
• Good communication skills (email and verbal)
