Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients, distributors, and customers
  • Explain company products and services clearly and professionally
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into potential buyers
  • Maintain and update calling database and lead sheets regularly
  • Record call details and responses in CRM tools or call logs
  • Share product brochures, videos, or offers via WhatsApp/email
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures
  • Maintain excellent communication with leads to build long-term relationships

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate with good communication skills
  • 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and phone/email etiquette
  • Fluent in Hindi (English is a plus)
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive tone
  • Ability to handle targets and daily calling KPIs
