Job Summary
The Marketing Executive (Backend) is responsible for managing backend marketing operations, campaign coordination, marketing data analysis, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives in the pharmaceutical business. The role ensures effective coordination between marketing, sales, and product teams while maintaining marketing databases and campaign performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns and product promotion activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to track marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and update campaign analytics data regularly.
- Track promotional schemes, product campaigns, and marketing budgets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Provide backend support for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Manage marketing materials including product literature, presentations, and promotional content.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to support marketing strategies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of marketing activities and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, backend marketing, or pharmaceutical marketing support roles.
