  • Manage Microsoft Outlook and email systems (e.g., Exchange/Office 365), including setup, configuration, spam filtering, and user training.
  • Maintain network infrastructure, servers, and backups; monitor systems for uptime and security.
  • Install, update, and support software like ERP (e.g., SAP/Tally), MS Office, antivirus, and pharma-specific tools (e.g., LIMS).
  • Ensure IT compliance with pharma regulations (e.g., GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11 for data integrity).
  • Document IT assets, incidents, and resolutions using tools like ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow/Zoho).
  • Assist with cybersecurity awareness, user access controls, and basic procurement of IT equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of IT support experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Office 365 for email management, calendar sharing, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11/Server), Active Directory, networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), and hardware assembly/repair.
  • Hands-on with antivirus (e.g., Kaspersky), remote desktop tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk), and basic scripting (Batch/PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS basics) and mobile device management (MDM).
  • B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or BCA/MCA (or equivalent certification like CompTIA A+/N+).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with pharma software (e.g., ERP integrations, GMP-compliant systems).
  • Knowledge of VoIP telephony (e.g., Cisco), CCTV surveillance, or biometric access control.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or ITIL Foundation.
