🚀 About the Role:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The role requires a dynamic professional who can align HR strategies with business goals while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for various departments across the organization.
• Develop effective hiring strategies to attract qualified talent across PAN India.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
• Maintain positive employee relations and address employee concerns or grievances professionally.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure adherence across the company.
• Manage HR operations including employee records, HR MIS, attendance, and leave management.
• Implement performance management systems and monitor employee performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and maintain necessary HR documentation.
• Lead HR initiatives, support senior management in people-related decisions, and guide the HR team.
🌈 Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Management, MBA (HR preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in pharma/FMCG
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and HRMS
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with labour laws, PF/ESI filing, and HR documentation
• Leadership mindset with attention to detail and people-first approach
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software (HRMS tools)
