Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales, inventory, and market data across all divisions
• Build insightful reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams for data-driven strategy
• Monitor distributor performance, product movement, and target achievements
• Automate repetitive reports and design weekly/monthly analytics presentations
• Support leadership with data insights for forecasting and planning
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across platforms and internal systems

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business analytics
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Charts) and Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio is a big plus
• Experience in pharma/FMCG/retail analytics is desirable
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
• Good communication skills to present data to non-technical teams
