🚀 About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the
digital and technological roadmap of Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals. As CTO, you will be
responsible for managing the development, implementation, and scaling of our internal
systems, external platforms (B2B, mobile apps, e-commerce), automation tools, and future
tech innovations.
This is a leadership role that combines strategy, innovation, and execution across the
company's tech landscape.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision aligned with business goals
• Oversee development and performance of digital platforms: B2B portal, website,
Android/iOS apps, CRM, chatbot, and logistics software
• Lead software teams (in-house or outsourced) to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly
systems
• Manage integration of AI, data analytics, and automation tools across operations and supply
chain
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and system compliance with industry standards
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance customer experience and team
productivity
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and R&D teams to align tech with functional needs
• Lead digital innovation including Lystloc tracking, telephony systems, and e-commerce
sync
• Develop and monitor KPIs for IT and tech systems performance
• Manage vendor relationships, IT budgets, timelines, and internal team training

🌈 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in B2B/B2C productbased
or pharma/FMCG/e-commerce industry
• Proven experience in building and scaling digital systems (web, mobile, ERP/CRM)
• Sound knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, mobile app development, data security, AI/ML
tools
• Excellent project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with start-up agility and enterprise-grade system scaling
