Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s overall technology strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee IT infrastructure, product tech stack, automation, and digital systems
• Lead implementation of CRM, ERP, and logistics management tools across departments
• Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge technologies including AI/ML for customer engagement, analytics, and automation
• Build and manage a high-performing in-house tech team and collaborate with external vendors
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system scalability across all digital platforms
• Support e-commerce, B2B portals, and app development strategies
• Provide technical leadership for R&D, product digitization, and market analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT leadership roles (CTO, VP Tech, or similar)
• Proven experience in pharma, FMCG, healthcare, or B2B systems preferred
• Strong understanding of CRM/ERP platforms, cloud infrastructure, mobile apps, and cybersecurity
• Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and project management skills
• Strong decision-making skills, with a vision for digital innovation
