Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Actively promote Agrosaf’s comprehensive pharmaceutical product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure availability of products and promotional materials.
  • Provide structured feedback from the market to support new product development and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare timely sales reports and maintain detailed client interaction records.
  • Educate and train clients on Agrosaf’s product offerings and USPs.
     

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
