Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day data entry, file handling, and documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, dispatches, and invoices
  • Prepare and organize internal reports (sales, stock, purchase)
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for backend support
  • Maintain updated distributor/customer records in Excel or ERP
  • Handle product entry, price updates, and internal sheets for B2B platforms
  • Respond to emails and internal queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in document processing

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in back-office, operations, or admin support roles
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Sheets & file management
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools is an added advantage
  • Good written and verbal communication in Hindi & basic English
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
