Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential international markets and analyse demand for pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers, distributors, and importers.
- Ensure product compliance with all country-specific regulatory and legal standards (e.g., DGFT, FDA, etc.).
- Manage complete export documentation including invoices, shipping docs, and regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and strategic business agreements with international clients.
- Leverage your network of merchant exporters to create global distribution partnerships.
- Drive expansion into regulated and semi-regulated markets across multiple geographies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical exports
- In-depth knowledge of international pharma regulations and export compliance
- Familiarity with EXIM policies, DGFT procedures, and international documentation
- Experience in international sales, buyer acquisition, and B2B pharma trade
- Proven ability to build, train, and manage a growing export team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Independent, strategic thinker with a drive to build global business
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in regulated/semi-regulated markets
