Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Monitor and update inventory, stock levels, and order status daily
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations
• Track daily sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
• Optimize product visibility using relevant keywords, SEO tools, and promotions
• Handle returns, order cancellations, and platform communications
• Plan and execute online deals, discounts, and festive sales campaigns
• Maintain product content accuracy and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce dashboards
• Knowledge of product listing tools, SEO, ads, and basic photo editing
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to travel locally if needed for vendor or platform coordination
