Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operational backbone of our sales function. You will manage CRM data, sales reporting, order flow, and coordination between the field team, dispatch, accounts and backend teams. The role is execution-focused — about keeping the sales process disciplined, data clean, and follow-ups on time so the field force and management always know where things stand.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations — Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- Sales Tracking — Monitor sales team activities, follow-ups, and reporting cadence on a daily basis.
- CRM Management — Maintain and manage CRM software — ensure data accuracy, completeness and timely updates.
- Cross-Team Coordination — Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts and backend teams to keep order flow seamless.
- Performance Tracking — Track sales performance, operational efficiency and key process metrics.
- Reporting — Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Lead Management — Support lead management and ensure proper customer coordination through the sales cycle.
- Data Discipline — Maintain reporting discipline across the team and ensure clean, reliable data flow.
- Order Flow — Monitor order processing and execution to avoid delays or pipeline leaks.
- Process Improvement — Identify operational gaps and improve workflow efficiency through small, practical fixes.
- Onboarding Support — Support onboarding of new sales team members and help them get up to speed on tools and processes.
- Communication Bridge — Maintain smooth, two-way communication between management and field teams.
- Follow-Up Discipline — Ensure timely follow-ups, proper sales process execution and accountability across the team.
- Market Awareness — Stay updated on the pharma industry, market trends and movements that can impact our sales operations.
- Competitor Intelligence — Track competitor activity — pricing, schemes, new launches, distributor moves — and share useful inputs with management and the field team.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales data management
- Sales operations management understanding
- Pharma sales knowledge — MR/distributor/order flow basics
- Strong pharma industry and market knowledge — products, channels, regional dynamics
- Awareness of competitor activity — pricing, schemes, launches and distributor movements
- Sales reporting and analysis skills

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 3–5 years in sales operations, sales coordination or sales MIS roles
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Location: Must be based in Agra or willing to relocate — this is a Head Office role
