Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR operations. You will own job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, payroll inputs and HRMS records. The role is execution-focused — about closing positions on time, keeping employee data accurate and ensuring HR processes run smoothly across the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Ownership — Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring coordination across departments.
  • Job Postings — Post jobs on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia and other portals.
  • Sourcing & Screening — Source, screen and shortlist candidates and conduct initial HR screening.
  • Interview Coordination — Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Department Coordination — Coordinate with department heads on manpower needs and hiring updates.
  • Onboarding — Manage onboarding, joining formalities, induction and employee documentation.
  • HR Documentation — Issue offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents accurately and on time.
  • Employee Records — Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data and HRMS/CRM updates.
  • Payroll Coordination — Handle salary structure, payroll inputs, incentives and payment records with accounts.
  • HR Reporting — Prepare HR reports, operational trackers and recruitment MIS for management.
  • Employee Engagement — Support employee engagement activities and internal HR coordination.
  • Process & Policy Execution — Ensure process discipline, timely follow-ups and smooth execution of HR policies and operations.

 

Required Skills

  • Hands-on recruitment and hiring experience
  • HR operations and payroll coordination understanding
  • Working knowledge of hiring portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia)
  • CRM / HRMS software knowledge
  • Understanding of salary structure and employee coordination
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Interview coordination and candidate follow-up ability
  • Employee data management skills
  • Excel and reporting knowledge
  • Documentation and operational management ability
  • Multitasking and problem-solving mindset

 

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or corporate hiring
  • Knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems
  • Understanding of payroll coordination and HR reporting
  • Experience handling bulk hiring or sales-profile hiring

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 2–5 years in recruitment and HR operations
  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream (HR / MBA-HR is a plus)
  • Location: Must be based in Agra or willing to relocate — this is a Head Office role
