Role Overview

We are hiring a Global Sales Manager to drive both domestic and international pharma sales for Agrosaf. You will manage distributor and customer relationships, generate new business in domestic and export markets, handle order execution end-to-end, and coordinate with production, dispatch and backend teams to ensure smooth delivery. The role is hands-on, target-driven and equally focused on growing existing accounts and opening new markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations — Handle domestic and international pharma sales operations end-to-end.
  • Channel & Client Management — Develop and manage relationships with distributors, stockists, importers and institutional buyers.
  • Business Development — Generate new business opportunities in domestic territories and export markets.
  • Client Coordination — Coordinate with clients on quotations, pricing, orders and dispatch timelines.
  • Performance Tracking — Monitor sales performance and business growth across assigned markets and accounts.
  • Customer Engagement — Manage day-to-day customer communication, follow-ups and business coordination.
  • Cross-Team Coordination — Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts and backend teams for smooth order execution.
  • Order & Payment Tracking — Track orders, shipment status and payment follow-ups till closure.
  • CRM & Reporting — Maintain CRM records, sales reports and customer databases with accurate, up-to-date data.
  • Sales Reporting — Prepare regular sales performance and market reports for management review.
  • Market Expansion — Support expansion into new domestic territories and international markets.
  • Competitor & Market Tracking — Monitor competitor activity, pricing, schemes and overall market trends across geographies.

  • Additional language skills are a plus

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 3–7 years in pharma sales, export sales or international business development
  • Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA / International Business exposure is a plus)
  • Location: Must be based in Agra or willing to relocate — this is a Head Office role
