Role Overview
We are hiring a Corporate Sales Executive to manage client onboarding, account handling and day-to-day business coordination with our customers. You will build strong client relationships, follow up on leads, support order execution and ensure smooth communication across the customer lifecycle. The role is execution-focused — about keeping accounts active, queries resolved and business moving on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding — Handle client onboarding and customer coordination processes end-to-end.
- Lead Generation — Generate new leads through outreach, references and business development efforts.
- Relationship Management — Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Account Management — Manage customer accounts and ensure smooth ongoing business coordination.
- Order Coordination — Coordinate with clients on orders, documentation, payments and dispatch updates.
- Lead Follow-Up — Handle lead follow-ups and support business conversion activities.
- Customer Communication — Maintain regular communication with new and existing customers.
- CRM Updates — Update CRM software and maintain accurate customer database records.
- Internal Coordination — Coordinate internally for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Domestic & Export Support — Support domestic and international business coordination activities.
- Follow-Up Updates — Prepare follow-up trackers and update customer follow-up data regularly in the system.
- Query Resolution — Handle client queries and ensure timely resolutions.
- Documentation & Growth — Ensure proper documentation, operational coordination and business follow-ups for growth.

- Additional regional or international languages will be an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–3 years in corporate sales, account management or customer coordination
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Location: Must be based in Agra or willing to relocate — this is a Head Office role
