Role Overview

Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated and results-driven Client Onboarding Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing company-provided leads, and generating your own prospects to grow our customer base. You will act as the primary point of contact for new business clients, ensuring a smooth start to their journey with Agrosaf Pharmaceuticals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients by introducing them to Agrosaf's product portfolio and guiding them through the business initiation process.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and move them forward in the sales pipeline.
  • Convince prospective clients to initiate business with the company through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Handle and convert company-assigned leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively generate self-leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including lead status, interactions, and next steps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) to ensure seamless client onboarding and issue resolution.
