Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Integration Executive to bring AI tools and digital workflows into our day-to-day operations. You will use platforms like Claude AI, ChatGPT and Gemini to support content, reporting, research and process tasks, identify automation opportunities across teams, and help integrate AI into how we work. The role is hands-on, curious and execution-focused — perfect for someone who lives in modern tools and wants to make the business smarter and faster.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Tool Usage — Work with AI tools and digital platforms to improve operational efficiency across the company.
- AI Platforms — Use Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini and similar platforms for day-to-day business workflows.
- Automation Support — Support automation and digital process optimisation across departments.
- Workflow Implementation — Coordinate implementation of AI-assisted workflows and operational systems.
- Tool Research — Research and identify useful AI tools and emerging technologies for business use.
- Documentation — Create and maintain AI-based workflow documentation, prompts and reports.
- Team Coordination — Coordinate with teams to drive technology adoption and process improvements.
- AI-Assisted Tasks — Support content, reporting, research and operational tasks using AI tools.
- Data & Workflow Quality — Maintain data accuracy, workflow efficiency and digital coordination processes.
- AI Integration — Assist in integrating AI tools into day-to-day business operations.
- Process Improvement — Help improve internal processes through smart technology usage and automation.
- Continuous Learning — Stay updated with AI trends, new digital tools and business technology advancements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini and similar
- AI prompt understanding and workflow handling ability
- Strong understanding of digital tools and online platforms
- Basic automation and digital process understanding
- Strong technical and problem-solving mindset
- Research and analytical skills
- CRM and software handling knowledge
- Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools (Microsoft 365, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Multitasking and operational coordination ability
- Professional email and digital communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation or workflow management
- Understanding of digital workflows and business process management
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations or workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Knowledge of data management and reporting systems
- Active interest in emerging technologies and business automation
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–3 years in technology, digital operations, AI tools or similar roles
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream (technology / business / IT-related is a plus)
- Location: Must be based in Agra or willing to relocate — this is a Head Office role
- Availability: Full-time, on-site
